摘    要:文章介绍了微波暗室中GSM手机总全向灵敏度(TIS)测试系统的测量不确定度评定方法,对不确定度的主要来源如测试设备精确度,系统连接失配,测试环境以及被测手机状态等作了定量评定,得出在95%置信区间下测试系统的扩展不确定度为1.54dB。研究结论可以评估TIS测试系统的可靠性,对如何降低测量不确定度提供指导,从而对手机性能进行更准确的判定。

Abstract:A method evaluating the uncertainty of total isotropic sensitivity(TIS) measurement system for GSM handsets in anechoic chamber is studied. The main contributions, such as the accuracy of equipments, connection mismatch, test environment and the handset condition are quantitatively rated. And the studies indicate that, under the interval of 95% confidence level, the expanded uncertainty of TIS measurement system is 1.54dB. The results can be used to evaluate the reliability of TIS system, provide guidance for its improvement and offer precise judgment on handset performance.
