摘    要:采用溶液共沉淀法制备了溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)/丁基橡胶(IIR)材料,研究了IIR品种和含量对样品物理机械性能和动态力争性能的影响。结果表明:当IIR质量分数低于10%时,样品的性能变化较小;当IIR质量分数大于20%时,样品的300%定伸应力和扯断强度降低,动态粘弹(DMA)谱图显示玻璃化转变温度由1个变为2个,60℃时tanδ显著增加,提高了样品的阻尼性能。

Abstract:Composites of SSBR/IIR were prepared by solution co-precipitation method. The results showed that when the content of IIR was less than 10%, little changed in the performances of the sample,and when the content of IIR was greater than 20% , the modulus at 300% and tensile strength were reduced with the increase of IIR content. From DMA spectra, with the increase of IIR content, the glass transition temperature showed two peaks, and tan δ at 60 ℃ was increased significantly.
