抽油井示功图测试方法改进探讨

采用小型游梁抽油机采油生产在陕北诸多油田所占比例较大,常规示功图测试方法工序繁琐,费时费力,且存在不安全因素。基于以上事实,本文通过对抽油机光杆运动规律的分析,从理论上探讨了不停抽测试功图方法的可行性和安全性,提出了改进后的测试方法。经现场应用,效果良好,有一定的推广价值。
