燃煤、燃气锅炉负荷优化分配研究

摘    要:针对太钢自备电厂母管制燃煤、燃气锅炉系统,建立了燃煤、燃气锅炉特性和锅炉负荷优化分配模型。对现场运行数据的优化计算表明,优化后与优化前相比,当锅炉蒸发量大于520 t/h时,可以节约燃煤0.131 t/h;当锅炉蒸发量小于520 t/h时,可以节约燃气30 838.44 m3/h。提出的燃煤、燃气锅炉负荷优化分配方法,适用于母管制锅炉系统的负荷优化分配。

Abstract:Directing against the header system of coal/gas fired boiler in self-supply power plant of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Corporation,a model of boiler behavior and for optimization in boiler load distribution has been established.The optimized calculation of operation data in the field shows that the fuel coal can be saved 0.137 t/h in the event of evaporation capacity needed by the boiler being greater than 520 t/h after optimization;the fuel gas can be saved 30838.44 m3/h in the case of evaporation capacity need...
