摘    要:采用烟气再循环、低氧燃烧及低NOx燃烧器,能够有效降低烟气中NOx含量,以及改善炉膛结焦状况,同时可避免制粉系统发生爆炸事故。实际监测结果表明,某电厂9号机组和10号机组俄制420 t/h锅炉采取上述措施后,NOx排放量分别下降了36.4%和50.26%,而其它运行参数也能满足要求,经济性和环保性良好。

Abstract:Adoptation of flue gas recirculation,low oxygen burning,and low NOx burners,can effectively reduce NOx content in the flue gas,as well as improve slagging condition in the furnace,at the same time,the explosion failure occurred in coal-pulverizing system can be avoided.Results of practical monitoring show that the NOx emission from Russian-made 420 t/h boilers of unit no.9 and unit no.10 in one power plant has decreased 36.4% and 50.26% respectively after adopting the above-mentioned measures,while other pa...
