德国西门子公司主蒸汽温度控制策略的分析与应用

摘    要:对于主蒸汽温度具有大惯性、大延迟、时变性、不确定性和非线性特点的控制对象,采用传统的串级控制方法难以取得良好的控制效果。分析了德国西门子公司的主蒸汽温度控制策略,其通过计算过热器蒸汽焓值确定喷水减温阀出口温度的设定值,主蒸汽温度将随负荷的变化而改变,以适应不同运行工况下过热蒸汽温度动态特性的变化,从而获得良好的控制品质。试验表明,该策略具有较好的鲁棒性和抗干扰性,改善了主蒸汽温度调节的动态特性。
