环氧树脂/多元硫醇体系的低温快速固化

摘    要:通过凝胶时间测定,红外和凝胶渗透色谱分析研究了分别以三乙胺、苄基二甲胺、2,4,6-三(二甲氨基)甲基]苯酚及1,8-二氮杂环5,4,0]-十一烯,即二环脒为促进剂的环氧树脂(E-51)/多元硫醇(T-35)体系的固化特性。结果表明,E-51/T-35体系的固化速度明显高于传统的以脂肪族多胺类为固化剂的环氧树脂体系,且该体系的凝胶时间随着体系中环氧基/巯基配比的增加而缩短,随促进剂碱性的增强及含量的增加缩短,随着反应温度的降低延长。

Abstract:The curing characteristics of epoxy resin(E-51)/multithiol compound(T-35)systems using tirethylamine(Et3N),N,N-dimethyl benzyl amine(DMBA),2,4,6-tris(dimethylaminemethyl) phenol(DMP-30) and 1,8-diazabicycloundec-7-ene(DBU)as accelerators respectively were invertigated by the test of gel time,real time IR and GPC analysis.The results showed that the curing rate of E-51/T-35 was significantly faster than the traditional epoxy/aliphatic polyamine curing system.The gel time of E-51/T-35 system was shortened wit...
