| 摘 要： | 环氧树脂E - 42用有机硅树脂改性后 ,既具有环氧树脂的良好的机械性能又具有有机硅树脂的耐热性 ,同时 ,用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛改进了环氧树脂结构胶的脆性 ,提高了胶粘剂的韧性。所制备的胶粘剂性能优良 ,室温下剪切强度达 18MPa以上 ,能在 15 0℃以下长期使用 ,且适用于粘接多种材料

| Abstract: | Epoxy resin E-42 was modified by adding organosilicon resin to make a structural adhesive,which not noly had good mechanical properties from epoxy resin but also had good heat resistance from organosilicon.Meanwhile,by adding polyviny1 butyral,the toughness of modified structural adhesive could rise,its shearing strength could reach over 18 MPa at room temperature and the modified structural adhesive could be employed for long time at 150 ℃.It could be fit in bonding for many kinds of material. |
