摘    要:解决国产300MW机组给水低压加热器疏水系统存在的问题,交原设计为疏水逐级自流与疏水泵相结合的连接方式,以疏水逐级自流与外置式疏水冷却器相结合的方式来取代,不仅计算热经济性相当,而且因取消了转动设备疏水泵,提高了系统实际运行的经济性和安全性。

Abstract:For solving the problems existing in the drain system of low pressure (LP)feed water heaters of indigenous300MW unit,the originally designed connection scheme of cascaded drain flow by itself combined with drain pump was replaced by the connection scheme of cascaded drain flow by itself combined with external drain cooler.In the new connection scheme ,not only the calculated thermal economics was equal ,but also the actual operation economics and safety of the system were improved as a result of the removal of rotary drain pump.
