黄铜热变形流动应力的实验研究

摘    要:采用恒变形率凸轮压缩试验机对5个黄铜品种的热变形流动应力进行了实验研究,分析了变形温度,变形速率,变形程度对流动应力的影响,同时对不同的数学模型结构形式进行了非线性回归,通过分析比较提出了拟合精度较高的流动应力数学模型.

Abstract:Flow stress curves of five types of brass were experimently studied with a cam plastometer at a constant deformed speed. The effects of the deformed temperature, determed rate and deformated degree to flow stress were analysed. At the same time, non-linear regressions to mathematical models with different structure were conducted. Through comparision and analysis, mathematical models with higher fitting accuracy were proposed.
