自适应模糊PID在中频弯管机温度控制中的应用

摘    要:针对中频弯管机在温度控制过程中测量精度低、温度波动范围较大、干扰源多等问题,设计了一套中频弯管机温度控制系统.采用PLC控制技术,利用双色红外测温法,并将自适应模糊PID控制技术引入弯管机的温度控制系统中.实验结果表明:采用自适应模糊PID控制,中频弯管机温度控制范围最大波动为20℃,对温度进行每次1 ms的采集,测量误差小于1%,增强了系统的调节精度,并对采集数据进行实时显示和存储,满足实际应用的要求.

Temperature Control of IF Bender with Adaptive PID

Abstract:For the low measurement accuracy, large range of temperature fluctuations and multiple interference sources of intermediate frequency (IF) bender, a set of temperature control system is designed. The PLC control technology,the two-color infrared temperature measurement method and the adaptive fuzzy PID control technology are sued. The results show:the maximum temperature fluctuation is 20℃ controlled by adaptive fuzzy PID; the measurement error is less than 1%, while temperature is collected per 1 ms;the system's requlation accuracy is improved. The control system has the function of real-time data collection, storage and display to meet the requirements of practical applications.
