| 摘 要： | 开发了一种用ＴＬ４９４构成的恒流恒压双闭环控制系统。系统通过两个闭环共用同一个脉宽调制实时处理方法，实现了恒流调节和恒压调节功能。该控制系统结构简单，在高速换向脉冲电镀电源的性能测试及运行中表明，其性能稳定，控制效果好，具有实用多功能性，可随时进行周期性给定值的调节。

| Abstract: | A constant current/constant voltage and double closed-loop control system, which is composed of TL494, is developed in this paper. The system realize constant current regulation and constant voltage regulation by the method that double closed-loop share one PWM. It is testified by the experiments that this control system not only has the simple and stable characteristics and the good performance. but also the practical and multifunctional characteristics. As the results, the periodical regulation of the given value can be done at any moment. |
