井下无线瓦斯浓度传感器的设计

摘    要:瓦斯灾害是制约煤矿安全生产的主要因素之一。本文基于无线网络技术,设计了一款井下无线瓦斯浓度传感器。设备具备智能传感器的特点,定时采集巷道中不同区域的瓦斯浓度信号,并自主分析处理,通过Mesh网络与井上主控机进行无线通信。

Abstract:Gas hazard is one of the major factors that control coal mine safety. The paper describes an under- ground wireless gas concentration sensor designed on wireless network technology. The device has the charac- teristics of an intelligent transducer, namely: acquisition of signals of gas concentration in different areas of gateways at the fixed time, analysis and process of signals, and communication with the main processor on the surface through Mesh network.
