CFB锅炉水冷壁管磨损分析及综合治理

摘    要:磨损是影响CFB锅炉安全经济运行最主要的障碍。根据流场模拟分析及炉膛内部实际磨损情况,通过金属喷涂、多阶防磨梁、浇注料优化设计三方面的综合应用,有效降低了炉膛受热面磨损,提高了机组的连续运行时间,确保锅炉检修周期降低到1次/年。

Abstract:The wear is the main obstacle that influences safe and economic operation of CFB boiler. According to the flow simulation analysis and the actual wear inside boiler furnace, through the comprehensive application of three as- pects, namely the metal spraying, multi wear beam, pouring material optimization design, the abrasion of heating sur- face of furnace is reduced significantly. The continuous running time of units is improved and, the maintenance period of boiler is reduced to 1 time in a year.
