新一代钼冶金技术与新型炼钢钼产品开发

摘    要:新一代钼冶金工艺是在高温真空条件下将钼精矿直接分解成新型炼钢钼产品和单质硫磺产品,省去了钼精矿氧化焙烧工序和钼铁冶炼工序,既显著改善了生态环境,又提高了钼资源综合利用效率。与钼铁质量相比,新型炼钢钼产品具有易溶解、有害杂质少、金属钼含量高,收得率高等特点,适宜作为钼铁的替代品。

Abstract:New technology of molybdenum metallurgy is to produce new steelmaking molybdenum product and sulphur product by decomposition of molybdenite in the conditions of vacuum and high temperature. These technologies can eliminate the processes of oxidizing roasting and ferromolybdenum smelting, and improve the ecological environment and efficiency of comprehensive utilization of molybdenite. Compared to ferromolybdenum, new steelmaking molybdenum product has the advantages of easily dissolving in molten steel, few harmful impurities, and high concentration and high yield of molybdenum, and is suitable to make clean steel as an alternative of ferromolybdenum.
