低温拜耳法氧化铝生产的工艺流程优化改造及运行

摘    要:介绍了利用烧结法闲置设备进行低温拜耳法氧化铝生产的工艺改造及运行情况。着重论述了流程配置、工艺优化和流程运行控制,并针对低温拜耳法各工序运行及指标控制情况进行攻关。通过一个月的运行和调控,低温拜耳法流程基本实现了达标达产。

Abstract:The technological innovation and operation of low temperature Bayer Process with the use of idle equipments in alumina sintering process were discussed. The flow configuration, process optimization and flow operation controlling were emphatically discussed. The operation and index controlling of low temperature Bayer Process were researched. The ideal parameters and production of low temperature Bayer Process have been realized by means running and regulating for a period of a month.
