T30数控转塔冲床的优化设计

摘    要:采用有限元方法对T30数控转塔冲床机身的强度、刚度和自身模态做了计算分析,在此基础上,对机身进行了优化设计.优化机身比原机身节约材料20%左右,在有效降低生产成本的同时,也为冲床的合理设计提供了借鉴.

Abstract:The strength,rigidity and own mode of the frame for T30 CNC turret punch press have been calculated and analyzed through finite element method.On the basis of analysis results,the structure design of frame on the CNC turret punch has been optimized.The optimized frame has saved about 20% steel consumption.The manufacturing cost has been effectively decreased,which provides reference for the reasonable design of the turret punch press.
