摘    要:介绍了包钢炼铁厂近10年来的生产实践及取得的技术进步。包钢炼铁厂充分利用铁、烧合并后管理上的便利条件,强化高炉操作,使包钢炼铁生产维持在较高水平。包钢炼铁技术进步包括烧结矿、球团矿、焦炭、煤粉的产质量,高炉操作制度调整及管理.高炉安全停炉及开炉之后快速达产.高炉长寿技术等方面的技术进步,包钢4号高炉实现了连续7年不中修的长寿目标。

Abstract:Experiences of and measures for technical progress in ironmaking system at Baogang in recent 10 years were introduced. The ironmaking plant of Baogang made the best of convenience conditions of combining ironmaking plant and sintering plant, intensified BF operation to maintain high production level. The quality of sinters, pellets, cokes, and coal powders was improved. The technical progress was observed in BF operation and management. The productivity was enhanced to design level quickly after capital maintenance. The BF campaign has been prolonged and the No. 4 BF has operated for 7 years without capital repair as a record at Baogang.
