图像处理技术在焊接轨迹提取中的应用

摘    要:通过CCD成像获取焊接轨迹BMP格式图像,利用计算机图像处理技术将彩色图像转化成灰度图像。通过直方图同高斯滤波相结合的方法进行图像增强,根据直方图求出最佳阈值,将灰度图像转化成二值图像,然后利用八邻域分析法提取焊接轨迹轮廓。

Abstract:BMP image of welding path is gained by CCD, the colored image is transformed into a gray image by using computer imagery processing technology. The image is enhanced through the method that combines histogram and Gauss filter. The gray image is transformed into a two-value image according to the best threshold value obtained from the histogram. Then the welding path is withdrawn through using eight neighborhoods analytic methods.
