| 摘 要： | 本文对双区共腔半导体双稳态激光器在从吸收区背面及沿轴向外部光注入下的稳态及瞬态特性进行了计算机模拟,得到稳态光开关及光放大特性,瞬态情况下随着注入光的增强输出由近混沌状脉动到单峰快衰减张弛振荡而更强光注入时则仅存在一延迟过程.

| Abstract: | The results of computer simulation for stable characteristics and transient response of aCCTS bistable DH laser which is applied by the crosswise light injection or the axial injectionare reported.The characteristics of light-switching and light-amplification at stable-state, andan output pulsation of chaos at weak incident light intensity,an approximately single peak withfast damped oscillation at strong light intensity and an ordinary delay process at stronger in-cident light intensity at transient response are obtained. |
