镍钼矿处理工艺的研究现状

摘    要:分析介绍了镍钼矿的矿物组成特点,综合评价了镍钼矿处理工艺的研究现状,对比了镍钼矿湿法冶金工艺与火法冶金工艺的优缺点。提出采用湿法冶金工艺处理镍钼矿在很多方面都优于火法冶金工艺,以及现有镍钼矿冶金工艺中存在的一些问题,并展望了镍钼矿处理工艺的发展趋势。

Abstract:The mineral composition characterization of Ni-Mo ores is analyzed,the latest development of the treatment technology for Ni-Mo ores is reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages are compared between hydrometallurgical process and pyrometallurgical process for Ni-Mo ores.It is pointed out that the hydrometallurgical process is superior in treating Ni-Mo ores over pyrometallurgical process.Some problems present in the existing metallurgical processes of Ni-Mo ores are also pointed out.Furthermore,the development trend of the treatment technology for Ni-Mo ores is prospected.
