反相悬浮聚合法制备高吸水树脂及其性能研究

摘    要:采用反相悬浮聚合法制备聚丙烯酸钠高吸水树脂,研究了中和度,引发剂用量,交联剂用量,悬浮剂用量对高吸水树脂的吸水性能的影响,得出吸水能力与匀联剂用量之间存在着Q=2.014C^-0.735c的关系。研究了丙烯酸中存在阻聚剂时对高吸水树脂吸水能力的影响,发现市售阻聚剂含量为0.05%-0.1%的丙烯酸可直接用于高吸水树脂的制德。

Abstract:High water absorbent poly(sodium acrylate) was prepared by reversed phase suspension polymerization. The influences including degree of neutralization of acrylic acid, amount of initiator, amount of crosslinker and amount of suspension agent on absorption capacity was studied. The water absorption capacity( Q ) and amount of crosslinker( C c,mol crosslinker/mol monomer) had the following relation Q =2.014 C -0.735 c. Acrylic acid containing 0.05%~0.1% inhibitor can be used directly in the preparation of super absorbent without distillation.
