无轴向进给齿轮磨削运动及其蜗杆砂轮形状分析

摘    要:基于相错轴斜齿圆柱齿轮传动直线接触原理,可以形成一种新型蜗杆传动形式。论述了基于这种原理的蜗杆砂轮磨削圆柱齿轮实现无轴向进给磨削的方法及其机床构成和所需要的运动及其相对关系,分析了完成磨削所需要的各种运动及其实现方法。给出了机床调整方法和蜗杆砂轮的基本几何形状设计计算方法与公式。理论分析结果表明,通过正确合理的设计可以实现对圆柱齿轮的无轴向进给双面或者单面精密磨削加工,具有机床结构简单、磨削效率高的特点。
