| 摘 要： | 通过对当前工作流管理系统进行分类，阐述了它们的主要特点以及相互之间的关系。为工作流管理系统的选型和开发提供了一些指导思想。另外，对群件系统和工作流管理系统之间的关系也进行了阐述，解决目前普遍存在的把二者互相混淆的问题。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we put forward two methods to classify current WFMSs, and expound the main features of each category and the relationships between categories. We hope it will be helpful to WFMS selection and developing future WFMS. Also, we clarified the relationships between the CSCW and the workflow management, which puzzles many people. |
