液压挖掘机发动机噪声分析与降噪设计

摘    要:对22t液压挖掘机进行噪声检测,分析噪声来源并提出降低噪声的设计方案。设计中综合运用了吸声、隔声和阻尼减振等技术。实施降噪措施后,经再次噪声测试显示无论是驾驶室内噪声还是挖掘机的辐射噪声都比原机降低了6dB(A),超过了国外同类产品的水平,所采取的降噪方法和措施可行,取得良好的降噪效果。
