| 摘 要： | 针对气体保护站制氮系统能力不足造成生产被动,不能满足镀锌机组事故情况下使用高纯氮气吹扫的问题进行了分析、试验,采取了镀锌机组事故情况下使用粗氮进行吹扫等措施,满足了生产要求。

| Abstract: | The nitrogen system of the gas protection station could not reach the required capacity,which resulted in passive production,and purging by pure nitrogen could not be carried out as an accident took place in the chrome-plating unit.The above problems were analyzed and some tests were conducted.Purging by raw nitrogen was carried out as an accident took place in the chrome-plating unit,which met the needs of production. |
