| Abstract: | The article analyzes the problems of the Hi- tech enterprises in the process of technoligical innovation. The paper also researches the key ways to improve the technological innovation capability of the Hi- tech enterprises, such as setting up an effective mechanism of qualified personnel, constructing excellent corporate culture, consummating the capital support system for technology based Hi - tech enterprises to innovate. |
