数字集成点焊控制器防单管导通及单向磁化措施的研究

Research of the Measures for Inhibiting Monoconducting and Monomagnetizing in Digital IC Spot Welding Controller

By analyzing the phenmena of monocnducting and monomagnetizing in spot welding machine,the reasons resulting in these phenomena have summarized.On this basis,the inhibition measures have been presented and corresponding circuits have been designed.The outcome of the production and experiments shows that these measures are effective and economical,not only improving the reliability and safety of equipment but also reducing costs and saving energy.
