单片机控制弧焊电源外特性的研究

摘    要:本文ZXG-250型硅整流弧焊机为例,介绍了采用MCS-51单片微机控制弧焊电源外特性的原理和方法。阐述了闭环控制系统的硬件结构和软件特点。实验表明,采用微机控制后的弧焊电源,不仅可以实现多种外特性,而且系统的静、动特性及控制特性均得到改善,焊接电流可按预定的工艺曲线输出和实现数字显示,并能实现对故障的自诊断和自处理。

An Experimental Study on Controlling the External Characteristic of Arc Welding Power Source With MCS-51
Abstract:The principle and procedure of controlling the external characteristic for arc welding power source of type ZXG-250 with SCP are descriked.The clased-loop control system and software design are discussed.Test resvlts show that a slope-control are welding power source can be realigrd.System static and dynamic performance are remarkably improved.The welding current output to be variced according to a preset curve with digital displaying.The system can check the process flow and stop automatic by missing.
