云爆装置初始作用过程数值模拟

摘    要:为了研究云爆装置结构对云雾形状的影响,应用流固耦合算法对其初始的作用过程进行了模拟计算;得到了壳体的变形速度分布规律、壳体最初破裂位置、时间及破裂形状等.模拟结果与试验得到的云雾初期形状相吻合,通过模拟计算能够预示该结构产生的云雾形状,可为云爆武器的结构设计提供参考依据.

Abstract:In order to study the influence of FAE device on cloud-mist shape,the deformation speed distribution law,first rupture position and time,rupture shape of shell were obtained by simulation of the initial process of FAE device with fluid-solid coupling arithmetic.The calculation results agree well with initial cloud-mist shape gained by ground test.The numerical simulation can foretell the cloud-mist shape of FAE device and provide a reference for the structural design of similar FAE weapon.
