聚龙大厦梁式转换层施工技术

聚龙大厦在２、３层之间设置了梁式结构转换层，在施工中采用荷载传递法以二次支撑设计高支撑模板系统来承受和传递转换层的全部施工荷载；加腋梁、加腋柱钢筋按一定的安装顺序确定各自的位置关系，解决了钢筋交叉密集问题；根据现场及钢筋布置情况分别采用了多种方法浇灌和捣固混凝土。

Construction Technology of Beam-type Transfer Storey in Julong Building

The beam type transfer storey has been set in the second storey and third storey of Julong Building.The high form bracing system with reshorings is described here by means of the load transfer method to bear and transfer all construction loads of the transfer storey.The positions of the steel bars of haunched beams and haunched columns are determined according to the installation process.The problem of concentration of steel bars has also been solved.Many construction methods have been used to cast and vibrate the concrete in accordance with construction site and steel bar arrangement.
