660/1000MW超超临界喷嘴叶栅耐磨涂层研究

摘    要:在超超临界机组中为减少喷嘴叶栅受固体颗粒冲蚀,日立公司在设计中提出了对660MW喷嘴叶栅在出气侧处喷涂NiCr-Cr3C2涂层,东汽表工所采用HVAF超音速火焰喷涂工艺,对660MW喷嘴叶栅从单叶片喷涂、组焊叶片喷涂,及涂层组织与性能分析等方面进行了大量的试验与研究。

Abstract:In order to reduce the nozzle cascade erosion by solid particles, Hitachi requires spraying NiCr-Cr32 coating on the outlet side of the 660 MW nozzle cascade. Surface Engineering Research Institute of DTC carries to spray NiCr-Cr3C2 coating by HVAF(Hypersonic Velocity Air-Fuel) on the 660 MW nozzle cascade, it also analyzes the organization and performance of coatings as welt as completed tooling design, programming and other preparatory work for producing.
