摘    要:实测了某酒店厨房主要位置在不同换气量条件下空气含氧量,CO和CO2体积分数分布及随使用时间的变化,建立了厨房内污染物平均体积分数随换气次数、使用时间、残留率、污染物理论生成量变化的数学模型。实测结果表明,改进旧厨房空调换气系统节能潜力很大。

Abstract:Measures the concentration distribution of oxygen, CO and CO 2 and their variation with service time in a hotel kitchen under different ventilation volumes. Develops a mathematic model reflecting the change of average pollutant concentration with the change of ventilating rate, service time, residual ratio and theoretical pollutant output. The measurement results show that the energy saving potential of improving existed kitchen ventilation systems is large.
