摘    要:对配有常规等容阀、带削扁的等容阀、阻尼阀、等压出油阀的双弹簧喷油器燃油系统高压喷射特性进行了分析研究。为消除本研究系统中出现的二次喷射,对这四种不同出油阀选择方案进行了比较。同时还分析了出油阀的主要结构参数对喷射特性的影响。

Abstract:The high pressure fuel injection characteristics of two-spring injector systems matching with standard constant volume delivery valve, by-pass delivery valve, resistance type delivery valve and constant pressure delivery valve are discussed. In order to eliminate the secondary injection that occurred in the investigated fuel injection systems, four patterns of different delivery valves are compared and analyzed. Meanwhile, the influence of important structural parameters of delivery valves on the performance of fuel injection system is discussed.
