| 摘 要： | 在承认公司社会责任理论的前提下，分析了在传统的高度放任的市场条件下，公司产品市场、劳动力市场、资本市场和并购市场对公司履行社会责任的治理作用，并揭示了自由市场的局限性，提出了如何通过公司的外部治理实现公司社会责任。

| Abstract: | Under the prerequisite of acknowledging the theory of corporate social responsibility, the authoranalyzes the functions of product market, labor force market, capital market and purchase market to realize corpo-rate social responsibility in the traditional free market, and also reveals the limitedness of the free market in real-izing corporate social responsibility. Finally, the author suggests how to realize corporate social responsibilitythrough outer corporate governance. |
