水平井改造技术及效果评价

水平井主要应用于底水油藏、裂缝性油藏和稠油油藏等,在低渗透油藏中应用实例较少,长庆油田通过不断摸索,形成了一套适用于超低渗油藏的水平井改造技术。主要介绍了长庆油田在采油三厂水平井改造技术及取得的成果,2009年以水力喷砂压裂与小直径封隔器联作工艺为主体方向,结合双封单卡机械封隔分段压裂技术,优化分段改造工艺,实现工具系列化,增产效果显著,对低渗透油藏开发具有重要意义。

The reconstruction technology and effect evaluation for horizontal well horizontal Well

Horizontal well is mainly used in bottom water reservoir,fractured reservoir and heavy oil reservoir and so on,but rarely used in low permeability reservoir.With long-term practice and study in the Changqing oilfield,a reconstruction technology,which is suitable for ultra-low permeability reservoirs,has formed for horizontal well.It mainly is introduced that the achievements of the reconstruction technology obtained in the third oil production factory in the Changqing oilfield company in this article.In 2009,the technology,which is combined the hydraulic sandblasting fracture and small -size packer,was applied as subjective direction.Meanwhile we combined the technology of double-sealing and singlestick mechanical packer subsection fracturing with optimization subsection reconstruction technology and realized tool serialization,it is shown that the stimulation effect is significant.The technology is of importance for low permeability reservoir.
