| 摘 要： | 随着电信行业竞争的加剧，电信网络运营支撑系统对提高电信企业的网络运营能力，增加企业竞争力显得越来越重要，本文在充分分析现有网络运营现状的基础上，提出了对电信网络运营支撑系统（NOSS）的一些建议和解决方案。
