环保型钻机气控盘式刹车的研制

摘    要:制动系统既是石油钻机中的功能设备又是安全设备,其核心部件为主刹车和辅助刹车。为解决深井、超深井石油钻机的安全设备问题,介绍了石油钻机辅助刹车的发展现状、类型和各种辅助刹车的特点。重点对所研制的环保型气动控制盘式辅助刹车系统进行了阐述,对其构成进行了详细的说明,对它的关键部件--气动盘式刹车的结构进行了设计。整个辅助刹车系统工作安全可靠、劳动强度小、噪音低、拆装维护方便,无污染,运作维护费用低,易于由专业生产厂家进行系列化生产,具有广泛的推广应用前景。

Abstract:Braking system is both the functional equipment and safety equipment for petroleum rigs, with dominating brake and auxiliary brake as its core parts. This paper introduces the development, types and features of different auxiliary brakes. Especially, the newly developed auxiliary braking system of environmental pneumatic disc type is elaborated, with great details in describing its structure, and the design of its critical parts (disc brake) presented. It has the advantages of high safety and reliability, low noise, no pollution, low intensity of labor, convenient installation, dissembling and maintenance, low maintenance cost and so on. This braking system has a promising prospect.
