| 摘 要： | 我国的城市拆迁改造不应采取大规模拆迁方式，而应走渐进式的可持续发展之路变单终极目标体系为复合动态过程的运行体系，变刚性指标体系为弹性的规划导则，变单纯的自上而下的决策为各种主体互动参加，变大规模拆迁改造为小规模。

| Abstract: | Large-scale demolition should not be al-lowed in China for reconstruction purpose.Insteadthe road of gradual and sustainable developmentshould be taken,changing the single ultimate goalsystem into a complex and dynamic and operationalsystem,changing the guiding principle of rigid targetsystem into a flexible target system,changing thepure top-down decision making mode into one ofmulti-party participation,and large-scale demolitioninto small-scale demolition. |
