有机硅改性环氧乳液的制备

摘    要:用γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷对环氧树脂进行改性并将甲基丙烯酸,苯乙烯,丙烯酸丁酯接枝到环氧树脂上,合成有机硅改性水性环氧树脂,探讨制备的优化条件,红外光谱对产品进行表征。结果表明,优化条件是:乳化剂OP-10/SLS的配比为2/1,用量为单体总量的2.5%,环氧树脂占单体总量的47.96%,KH-570占单体总量13.22%,电解质NaHCO3占总量的0.23%,引发剂占总量的0.3%,油水比为1/2。IR检测结果表明,涂膜为有机硅、丙烯酸类单体和环氧发生自由基接枝共聚反应,乙烯基硅氧烷已接入到环氧分子骨架中。乳液及涂膜性能满足国标GB/T 20623-2006《建筑涂料用乳液》标准。

Abstract:The waterborne epoxy modified by silane was prepared by KH-570 and the epox- γ-acrylic graft copolymer was synthesized by epoxy resin, methylacrylic axid, styrene and butyl acrylate, the optimization of the preparation was investigated and the structure of the product was characterized by IR. The emulsifier content and ratio, content of epoxy resin, silicone content, electrolytic dosage and initiator content effect on the properties of emulsion were studied. It appeared that the optimization conditions of waterborne epoxy modified by silicone are as follows:The appropritate rate of OP-10 and SLS is 2/1 ,the right amount of emulsifier is 2. 5%, the percentage of the epoxy is 47.96%, the organic silicone is 13.22%, the NaHCO3 is 0.23% ,the initiator is 0.22% ,the grease-water proportion is 1/2. Synthetic emulsion has good stability, high conversion rate. The emulsion performance meets the national standard GB/T 20623 -2006 standard for architectural coatings.
