关于录井技术现状及发展的思考

分析了国内外石油技术服务中录井在定位、需求和目标上的差异,阐述了目前国内录井技术发展现状,以及在发展中所面临的"国际化"和"特色化"的两难选择、所面临的与钻井技术发展"适应性"和"必要性"的挑战、存在的基于岩心的技术多元化发展的局限性等难题。探讨了录井技术的发展方向和相应的发展对策:①录井技术服务坚持"两个面向",即应兼顾地质评价和工程服务两方面需求。②录井技术拥有4个分支,即采集、处理、解释和信息技术。③录井研究要突出两个重点,即综合录井仪和资料处理解释;紧紧围绕综合录井仪研究提升录井装备水平和服务能力,大力研发以岩屑为样本的岩性分析新技术和钻井液油气检测新技术,努力将随钻近钻头测量技术引入录井行业;基于精细定量化需求,加快处理解释系统建设。④发展夯实两个基础,即地质综合研究和基础实验建设;要下决心创建录井专业的基础实验室,加强地质录井综合研究,加快录井学科建设。

Thoughts on Current Technology Status and Developing Trend of Mud Logging

The positioning,need and goal differences between mud logging service in international and national market are analyzed.Some difficulties are elaborated：domestic mud logging technology status and development in the face of the dilemma of ＂internationalization＂ and ＂charaeteristics＂,the challenge of ＂adaptability＂ and ＂necessity＂ to drilling technology development,diversified development limitations based on the core technolo- gy.The development direction of mud logging technology and corresponding development countermeasures are discussed.The first is the logging service should be done on two aspects：the geological evaluation and engi- neering services.The second is mud logging technology has four branches,namely the interpretation and information technology respectively.The third is the mud logging sho acquisition, processing, uld highlight two key points,namely the comprehensive mud logging unit and the data processing interpretation;the level and ser- vice capability of mud logging equipment should be improved closely focusing on the comprehensive mud logging unit.New technology of lithologic analysis based on cuttings as the sample and oil and gas detection of drilling fluid should be developed and near bit measuring technique during drilling should be introduced into the mud logging industry with great efforts;based on precise quantification demands,the processing and interpretation system should be improved with high speed.The fourth is to lay a solid foundation of two bases ,namely the comprehensive geological research and basic experimental development,a basic laboratory of mud logging should be made a firm decision to create ,and the comprehensive study of mud logging should be strengthened and subject construction of mud logging should be speeded up.
