低温热水有源相变墙体辐射供暖的模拟研究

摘    要:针对低温地板辐射供暖系统应用中的问题,提出了低温热水有源相变墙体辐射供暖新系统,介绍了新系统工作原理及特点;基于相变墙体传热过程的分析,建立了相变墙体蓄、放热过程的传热模型,并应用FLUENT软件对某相变墙体连续4d的周期性蓄、放热特性进行了模拟计算。结果表明:在非对称相变墙体的周期性蓄、放热过程中,左、右两侧墙面的最高温度及最低温度分别为24.8、22.8、23.7、22.5℃,最大及最小热流密度分别为81、65、56、52 W/m2,为低温热水有源相变墙体辐射供暖技术的应用提供了理论基础。

Abstract:Aimed at the problems about low-temperature radiant floor heating system on application,a new system of low-temperature hot water radiant heating with PCM wall is presented,and its working principle and advantages are introduced.Based on the analysis of heat transfer of the PCM wall,a heat transfer model of thermal charging and discharging processes is established.Moreover,a 4-day continuous simulation of the cyclic charging and discharging performance for a certain PCM wall is performed by FLUENT software....
