| 摘 要： | 通过对东莞可园历史片区更新改造项目的介绍与分析,探讨典型岭南旧城中心区的特点以及相应的更新手法,提出一种以公共空间改造为切入点,有重点有节制地介入旧城,在保护传统骑楼及水道空间的同时,改善人居环境,恢复旧城生态,实现社会、经济方面可持续发展的改造模式。
