多铁电性材料的研究进展

摘    要:多铁性材料是指材料的同一个相中包含两种或两种以上铁的基本性能.综述了多铁性材料的发展历史、耦合机理和当前的研究概况;描述了单相多铁性材料和复合多铁性材料的性能特点与研究进展,包括种类、当前研究所存在的问题及相应的改善途径;展望了多铁电性材料的发展趋势.

Abstract:The multiferroic materials refers to the materials in which two or more of the pri- mary ferroic properties occur in the same phase. In the paper, the history of development, coupling principles and the research profile of multiferroic materials are introduced. The re- search progress and performance characteristics in single-phase multiferroic materials and multiphase multiferroic materials are described in detail, including the classifications, some technical issues of multiferroic materials and the solutions. Finally, the development trend of these functional materials is prospected.
