尼群地平的绿色的合成工艺研究

摘    要:以间硝基苯甲醛,乙酰乙酸乙酯,氨化试剂为原料。考察了氨化试剂,催化剂,温度对产物的影响,确定了最佳反应条件所得的尼群地平产率达到了98%。并用红外和核磁共振对产物的结构进行了表征。本方法具有环境友好,产率高,反应时间短等优点。

Abstract:Nefedipine was synthesized with m-Nitrobenzaldehyde,ethyl acetoacetate,ammonium acetate.The influence of ammoniation reagent,catalyst,temperature mixing on the product yield was observed.The maxium yield of Nefidipine was 98%.The product was characterized with IR and ~1 H NMR spectrometer.This new method has advantages of environmental friendly,high yield,short reaction time.
