摘    要:试验针对广东某褐铁矿矿石共生关系简单的特点,采用强化矿浆分散阳离子反浮选脱硅新工艺,即采用碳酸钠用量为1250g/t和水玻璃用量为600g/t实现矿浆的强化分散。在磨矿细度为80%-0.074mm、十二胺用量200g/t、浮选时间18min的条件下,选别该褐铁矿石获得铁精矿铁品位为59.25%、全铁回收率为83.42%的较好指标。

Abstract:A new silicate removal process strengthening pulp dispersion and cationic reverse was used on the basis of feature of the simple intergrowth relation of limonite ores in a Limonite Mine of Guangdong Province. 1250 g/t sodium carbonate and 600 g/t sodium silicate were used as dispersants to realize the dispersion of pulp. As the optimum grinding fineness was 80% -0.074 mm, dodecyl amount was 200 g/t and flotation time was 18 min, flotation of the limonite obtained good indexes: the iron grade of iron concentrate was 59.25% and the total iron recovery was 83.42%.
