| 摘 要： | 采用溶胶 凝胶 (Sol Gel)法制备SnO2 薄膜 ,通过对薄膜的不同处理方式 (热处理、氨处理和未处理 )所获得的SnO2 薄膜的比较 ,研究了氨处理SnO2 薄膜的结构、抗机械损坏能力、光学及电学特性。实验结果表明氨处理溶胶 凝胶SnO2 薄膜不仅具有较好的抗机械损坏能力 ,同时也具有良好的光学和电学性能

| Abstract: | In this paper,the structure,abrasion resistance,optical and electric properties of NH 3 treatment SnO 2 film prepared by sol gel technique,were investigated.It is found that the film has a good mechanical performance,but also has good optical and electrical performances. |
