粉体聚羧酸减水剂的制备

摘    要:采用聚乙二醇单甲醚1000、聚乙二醇单甲醚2000、甲基丙烯酸、阻聚剂、催化剂、引发剂合成聚羧酸减水剂,并进行喷雾干燥,得到性能良好的粉末聚羧酸减水剂.通过采用GPC对合成的减水剂进行表征,可知大单体的制备工艺和减水剂的合成工艺是可行的.通过不同隔离剂种类及粒径对粉体聚羧酸减水剂贮存稳定性的影响试验结果表明,在等量隔离剂下,采用粒径小的隔离剂的粉体聚羧酸减水剂贮存稳定性更佳.将该粉体减水剂添加到保温粘结砂浆中,可提高保温粘结砂浆与聚苯板的拉伸粘结性能,聚苯板湿拉拔破坏面积明显增大;应用于混凝土中,水泥适应性及混凝土性能良好.

Abstract:Polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer of good performrance was synthesized with methoxypolyethylene glycol 1000, methoxypolyethylene glycol 2000,methacrylic acid,inhibitor,catalyst,initiator,and dried by spraying.The results showed that the preparation process of big monomer and synthesis process of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer was feasible by characterizing the product with GPC.The influences of different types and particle size of separant on the storage stability of powder polycarboxylate superpla...
