基于RS232的摩托车双怠速排放的检测

摘    要:给出了摩托车双怠速排放检测的原理和意义,并提出了一种新型的通过串口通信实现双怠速排放检测的方法。将工控机和排放仪利用串口线相连,利用Pcomm控件编写串口通信程序,实现了工控机对排放仪数据的采集、显示、判定并将结果保存至数据库,实现了摩托车整车检测自动控制及对数据的集中管理。

Abstract:This paper presents a new method of double idle exhaust testing.The exhaust analyzer and industrial control computer are linked by serial circuit.The serial communications is realized using Pcomm control,which can collect,display,judge and save to the database the testing data of the exhaust analyzer by IPC.It is found that this method is simple,of low cost,and of data stability.
