虚拟产品技术在摩托车整车设计中的应用

摘    要:以125-1A型摩托车设计为例,介绍分析了摩托车的虚拟产品设计流程。其中包括产品的概念设计、虚拟结构设计和虚拟装配等过程。全部虚拟设计均基于摩托车油泥模型样机外形点云数据的采集工作。

Abstract:On the base of motorcycle 125-1A,this article describes the virtual product design flow of one new motorcycle,which includes the concept design,virtual structural design and virtual assembly of all parts of whole motorcycle and so on.The beginning of the virtual design is based on the point cloud data of clay model of motorcycle that is of the same size as the motorcycle.
